Money managers hold stocks and bonds for institutional clients and use quantitative techniques to determine strategies for buying and selling stocks.
Successful money managers are disciplined! At the same time, they must be open-minded enough to admit defeat if an investment goes wrong. They must be open to buying and holding fixed income securities as well as focusing on equities and emerging market stocks.
