Communications is a broad field, and this is a great reason to major or minor in communications if you are in business school. Communications can mean anything from management to broadcasting. As a business communications major you could end up as an office manager, business consultant, or human resources director, but you also have a chance to become a stock broker or certified financial planner. After all, any business career that involves sales of financial products or other interaction with clients will benefit greatly from anyone who is an excellent communicator.
